White Valentine Wish Valentine – Eunice Lam Piano Recital

- Solo piano works by Prokofiev (Romeo and Juliet excerpts), Brahms (Rhapsodies), and Liszt (Sonetto 104 del Petrarca)
- Special East–West collaborations featuring piano, Erhu, and Guzheng in original arrangements of beloved Chinese melodies
- Original arrangements by Eunice Lam of Fly Me to the Moon and Libertango, blending vocal, Chinese and Western instruments to create a fresh, cross-cultural interpretation
A White Valentine’s Day Experience: This recital was conceived to celebrate White Valentine’s Day through an intimate musical dialogue. A highlight of the evening was the interactive “Mystery List: Songs from the Audience,” where guest vocalist and I performed audience-requested pieces live—adding an element of surprise and shared connection.
Recording
A new composition by composer Tatum G. Jepson titled “Three Sketches At 100” has recently been recorded and is now available on YouTube. It consists of three movements, all played around the tempo of 100 bpm, expressing a wide range of emotions and colours.
Piano Accompaniment
Eunice had the pleasure of playing the piano accompaniment for a bassoon sonata and concerto at St. James Church in the UK in July 2021. This event was featured on the official website of St.James Church.
